Mr. Naresh Kadyan, legal responsible, will be able to act in compliance with the Charter of the
OIPA, and based on the laws and national regulations of the India reporting to the headquarters them
international of the OIPA the actions completed in relation to the present nomination and (for
information) the managed patrimony.
Mr. Naresh Kadyan has the faculty to name local representatives (whose nomination will go
